Drop Lookout is a Discord bot run by Bots Cabin. This page explains what it stores and why. It never reads the messages in your server.

What Drop Lookout stores

• Server details it needs to work: the server ID and name, who added the bot, and when.
• Your setup: alert channels, the webhook it uses to post there (the webhook token is stored encrypted), followed games, ping roles and settings.
• A custom alert avatar, if a Premium server uploads one.
• A log of the alerts it sent to your server, so you can see what posted and fix problems.
• Premium purchases: which server has Premium, whether it was bought in Discord or on the website, the Discord user who bought it, and when it renews or ends. For website purchases we also keep the ID of your customer record at Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe or Discord and never reach us.

The dashboard

Signing in with Discord shares your user ID, username, avatar and server list with Drop Lookout. They're used to show the servers you can manage. Your sign-in is kept in an encrypted cookie in your browser, not in our database, and expires within seven days.

Member roles

When a member uses the drop pings picker, Drop Lookout adds or removes roles on Discord for them. It doesn't keep its own record of who picked what.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase and the site runs on Vercel. Drop information comes from public sources (TTVDrops and Twitch), and nothing about you or your server is sent to them.

Website payments are handled by Stripe. When you check out, we send Stripe your Discord username and user ID and the server you're buying for, so the subscription is linked to you. Stripe collects your payment details and email under its own privacy policy.

How long it's kept

• Alert logs: 30 days.
• Everything about a server: deleted 30 days after Drop Lookout is removed from it, except purchase records.
• Purchase records: kept as long as we need them for accounting and taxes.

Your choices

Remove Drop Lookout from your server at any time and its data is deleted 30 days later. To have it deleted sooner, or to ask a question, contact us in the support server.
